Samsung N510-KA02 netbook coming with NVIDIA Ion GPU

Samsung Electronics is going to release a netbook sporting NVIDIA Ion GPU. Picture of the new Samsung N510-KA02 netbook was first released by Blogeee. The netbook was announced on June 26, 2009, by NVIDIA. The netbook will be able to show better 3D graphics and HD video content. Sporting an 11.6 inch display, the Samsung N510 will be the largest netbook produced by Samsung. Other components of the netbook will be standard components. Here are specifications of the netbook-


  • Processor: Intel Atom N280 with 1.66 GHz clock, 512KB L2 cache, and 667 MHz FSB.
  • Memory: 1 GB memory.
  • GPU: Nvidia 9400M Ion version
  • Hard Drive: 160 GB
  • OS: MS Windows XP Home edition.
  • Battery: Six cell lithium ion.
  • Screen: 11.6 "WXGA with 1366 × 768 resolution.
  • Webcam: Available
  • Port: USB multi card reader.
  • Wireless communication:
    • Bluetooth
    • Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n
    • Ethernet network


Release and Pricing:

The Samsung N510-KA02will cost $799 or €570. It will be launched in October 2009 (according to CNET News it will be released in July 2009).
